Taylor admires GMC and Buick vehicles, which led her to join the Terra Nova Motors team 18 years ago.
“The love of GMC and Buick vehicles brought me to Terra Nova,” she shared.
Her passion for these brands has only grown over the years, making her love for her job even greater.
However, the automobile is not the industry that drew her interest first. “Not in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would be a sales consultant in the automotive industry,” she said. In fact, she started her career in the beauty industry. “I always worked in the beauty industry, so it was a big change, but I love my job. I love the steady, fast-paced environment.”
Taylor said that meeting new people and helping them fulfill their dreams always tops the list.
“Customer service is very important to me,” she said.
Taylor also said that choosing Terra Nova (as a workplace) was an easy decision for her as the positive environment and friendly team ensure a supportive and collaborative work atmosphere.
Life Outside the Dealership
When Taylor is not busy helping customers at Terra Nova find their dream car, she enjoys spending time with her family and engaging in activities like camping and music.
“I love camping and music outside of work,” she said.
