COVID-19 UPDATE - TERRA NOVA GMC BUICK IN ST. JOHN'S

At Terra Nova GMC Buick, the health and well-being of our employees and customers is our top priority. As such, we have implemented all the necessary precautions to ensure contactless service and physical distancing protocols, as per the provincial government’s public health guidelines. During these uncertain times, we understand your vehicle may require service, or that you may be shopping for a new or pre-owned vehicle, and therefore will require our services at our dealership. HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES

Effective Friday, October 22, anyone entering our dealership will be required to provide their NLVaxPass/Proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Upon arrival, we ask that you kindly show your NLVaxPass QR Code and photo ID. Face masks are also required while in the dealership as well as maintaining physical distancing. SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Our service department is open during regular business hours. All visitors must complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire with contact information for contact tracing. Please ensure you follow the posted signage and floor markers in and around the dealership, and keep a physical distance of 2 metres (6 feet) from others.

CONTACTLESS SERVICES:

  • Online Booking: Book a service appointment here.
  • 24-Hour Key Drop-Box: Use our vehicle drop-off option, which allows you to park your vehicle in our lot and drop-off your keys in the secure, 24-hour key drop box outside next to our Service Entrance.
  • Service Work Approval/Payment Via Phone: We will contact you via telephone to approve any necessary service work and once your work is completed to process payment and make arrangement for you to pick up your vehicle.

COURTESY SHUTTLE SERVICE:

We continue to offer our customer courtesy shuttle service but this is limited to just one customer at a time. Please let your Service Advisor know if you need to avail of our shuttle services. The customer shuttle is sanitized after each trip. Wait times for shuttle services may be longer than normal. All shuttle passengers must complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire with contact information for contact tracing.

WAITING AREAS:

As we have a limited number of people permitted within our building at a time, customers are encouraged to return home/work while their service work is completed. We have limited capacity within our Service Waiting Area for customers. All waiting customers must complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire with contact information for contact tracing.

SALES DEPARTMENT

Our sales department is open and here to help you. Please note, while our showroom is open, we are following strict safety protocols.   • Online credit applications: Our Finance Managers can walk you through the online credit application process, should you need help.
  • Trade Appraisals: We provide off-site appraisals and will come to you. This service is available for those in the St. John's Metro region.
